I started this blog in 2007 as a way to keep track of the paintings I complete and as a way to keep myself motivated. I have many hobbies but painting is most certainly my favorite (although I seem to explore new hobbies daily - photography, calligraphy, paint decorating, house repairs, cake decorating, baking, to name a few.)
The first painting I remember is one from kindergarden. It now hangs on the wall at my home in Mississippi. I like to think I have come a long way. Yes, those are two blue ribbons. Obviously they looked past the location of the arm...
